Herbert Colangco is allegedly one of the three high-profile drug lords known as the “triad” said to have direct connections with suppliers from China.

He is currently jailed at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) where he owns a fully-equipped recording studio. Apparently, this is where he spends his time writing and recording songs, and shooting music videos such as this one.



Take a look at his music video titled “Akala mo lang yun”, which is said to be recorded from prison.

e-TRIKE PROJECT OF MANILA WITH FREE CHARGING STATIONS

MANILA - To support the campaign against pollution, the Manila City government build a free charging stations for electric tricycles (e-trikes) to be launched in the city in September. Manila Mayor Joseph "Erap" Estrada coordinated with Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) for the construction of charging stations for free to use by e-trike drivers in the city. The E-trike project is scheduled to launch on September 15, where 384 e-trikes are distributed to tricycle drivers that will be owned by them within five years period, through the "boundary - premium".
