Ano ang GrabChat?

Hindi makontak ang pasahero dahil walang pantawag?
Walang oras para huminto at magtext sa daan?
Cannot be reached ba si pasahero?

Huwag mabahala at may GrabChat, Sariling messaging platform para sa hassle-free online chat ng pasahero at drayber mula kay Grab.

Madaling Komunikasyon: 
>GrabChat ay mas mabilis magpadala ng mensahe sa drivers at pasahero nang hindi na lalabas ng grab driver app
>Gamitin ang ONE TOUCH MESSAGE TEMPLATES, kapag papunta na sa pickup location
>Magsulat ng custom messages para mas madaling mahanap ang passenger

Matipid: (mas matipid at kaysa lilipat pa ng ibang messaging na parte)
-Hindi na kailangang gumastos ng malaki para makapagmessage kay passenger! Using GrabChat, maaari nang makipag-usap ang driver at passenger via internet, kahit iba ang mobile network or international ang number ni passenger!

Kelan ito magsisimula gamitin (launching)?

Simula sa Lunes, Agosto 29, maaari niyo nang masubukan ang GrabChat sa Manila!
 
SUNDAN ANG MGA HAKBANG UPANG MAPADALI ANG PAGGAMIT NINYO NG GRABCHAT!

Makikita mo ang chat option katabi ng pangalan ng iyong pasahero sa booking.

Maaari din mag-chat sa inyo ang pasahero sa paraang pag tap sa chat icon.

Para mapadali ang pagkontak, mayroong mga templates na puwedeng
gamitin sa pag-chat. Pwede rin magtype ng sariling mensahe.

Kapag natanggap nyo na ang chat messages galeng sa pasahero, makikita mo ang pop-up notification sa iyong booking screen.



Maari na kayong mag-palitan ng mensahe nang hindi gumagastos ng
load para sa SMS.

Lahat ba ng pasahero ay makakagamit ng GrabChat?

Ang mga Android users lamang na may Passenger App v4.7.0 onwards ang makakagamit ng GrabChat sa ngayon. Sa mga pasahero na hindi pa GrabChat-enabled, babalik sa regular SMS messaging at maaari niyo pa rin ipagpatuloy ang communication sa pamamagitan ng text or calls. 


Paano kung mawala ang internet connection?

Huwag mag-alala! Kung sakali na mawalan ng internet ay babalik sa SMS or calls ang inyong setting at makakausap mo pa rin ang iyong pasahero. 


Kailangan ba na ang GrabChat ay may app update?

As long as ang iyong Driver App version is v5.6.6 (306) pataas (Android only), hindi mo na kailangan mag update pa ng inyong driver app!
Kung hindi, maaaring mag update sa pamamagitan ng sumusunod na hakbang:

Step 1: Buksan ang driver app at pumunta sa Settings. Pumunta pababa sa Device information at tingnan kung ang version ay v5.6.6. Kung oo, maaari mo nang masubukan ang GrabChat!

Step 2:  Kung hindi pa nasa version 5.6.6, pumunta sa google PLAYSTORE (Internet kelangan). Select GTX Driver and click UNINSTALL. I-search ulit ang GTX Driver at ire-install ang app.
Ang iyong driver app ay updated.


Siguraduhin na updated ang iyong Driver app upang makapag GrabChat!
