President Rodrigo Roa Duterte reaffirmed to fellow Bedans the promises he made to the nation from the start of his presidency when he graced the annual San Beda Law Alumni Homecoming held at Shangri-La at The Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

The President described his administration’s current formidable fight against illegal drugs, criminality, corruption and the rebellion that is getting worse. Though he admitted that he is not most happy and has some regrets as President, he vowed to clean up these problems and prevent a disaster for the next generation.

Aloysius Ma. A. Maranan, while the San Beda College of Law Class of 1991 presented him a Plaque of Appreciation.

During the event, San Beda College of Law silver jubilarians and bar topnotchers were also recognized, namely Atty. Joseph Dechavez (3rd Place), Atty. Gerardo June T. Buan (5th Place), Atty. Risel G. Castillo-Taleon (6th Place), Atty. Gafar E. Lutian (7th Place) and Justice Undersecretary Antonio T. Kho Jr. (10th Place).
